Returning Student Registration

If your child is currently enrolled in Gatesville ISD and returning with us for the next school year, you must complete the annual Returning Student Registration.  

Returning Student Registration must be completed before your student can receive schedules or homeroom teacher assignments for the upcoming school year.  


Residency Verification

  • Families of returning students will be required to provide Proof of Residency to verify their current home address. When you reach the end of the registration process, simply upload a recent (within 30 days) utility bill (Water, Electric, or Gas) that shows the parent/guardian’s name and the service address that matches the address the school has on file. 

 

Start Returning Student Registration

  • STEP 1:  Log in to your ParentPortal account
  • STEP 2:  From the Summary page, select Resume Registration

  • STEP 3:  Follow the prompts to complete the forms
    • Be sure to verify the information shown on each form is correct
    • Note: Enter Parent/Guardian name as shown on Driver’s License. 
    • If more time is needed to complete the forms, click “SAVE” at the bottom to exit and return later to finish.

    • Note:  on the Summary page, the Registration button will be red, yellow, or green depending on where you are in the process of completion.  When you return to complete registration, simply click the Registration button for the respective student.
